Office working

These workers were responsible for overseeing and managing project builds, and often had meetings with contractors and senior managers. Part of their job involved sedentary desk work, using computers, paper drawings and telephones, as well as going out on site. Each worker had a desk, swivel chair and a computer. Several workers used laptops with laptop holders, external keyboards and mice, others used only the laptop computer itself on the desk.

Office work is often performed in a seated position and with a desk, so it is very important to get this right, as well as thinking about all the other things that can affect posture.
